Follow these steps to obtain your real estate license:
1. Verify the requirements to obtain your license.
In order to become a registered salesperson in Ontario , you must complete the pre-registration courses as prescribed by RECO. There are three phases of courses which must be completed within 18 months of the start date.
2. Locate a real estate school.

3. File your application.
