1. Verify the requirements to obtain your license.

Minimum 18 years of age
Compete 90 hours of pre-licensing real estate education
Pass exam

2. Locate a real estate school.

Finding a real estate school to obtain your license is easy. You can either take your courses in a classroom setting or online from the comfort of your own home.
