At Keller Williams Family Reunion 2011 in Anaheim, CA, CEO Mark Willis gave the annual Keller Williams State of the Company address and it came as no surprise KW was continuing to break on through the shifting real estate market. With positive growth in all categories for closed units, GCI, agent count, market center count, along with the launch of eEdge, the first 100% online transaction and contact management system, Keller Williams is setting the bar higher than ever before.

Keller Williams Canada Continues Growth

Our results north of the border in Canada were quite impressive as well. The Canadian market centers saw a 17% increase in closed units compared to last year; the CREA (Canadian Real Estate Association) reported a loss of (4.8%). By focusing on agent education and adjusting the Keller Williams business model to fit the current real estate market, agents can be successful in any part of the world.

Check out the Keller Williams State of the Company for 2011 and keep reaching for the stars. The growth of KW is inevitable no matter the state of the economy.
