Earnings Potential:

This is a 100% commission-based position with uncapped earning potential. Profit-sharing opportunities are also available.

What You’ll Do:

• Help clients buy, sell, and lease residential real estate.
• Attend listing appointments, open houses, and showings.
• Manage and follow up with leads using CRM tools.
• Promote listings through the MLS, social media, and in-person events.
• Grow your business through training, mentorship, and KW systems.

What We’re Looking For:

• Motivated individuals who are either already licensed or actively pursuing their Ohio real estate license (discounted course options are available)
• Driven professionals ready to commit to a deep-dive training program for licensed agents
• Self-starters who are comfortable with a commission-based income model (part-time and full-time positions offered)
